About the Artist – Slim Aarons (Limited Edition)

A numbered limited edition from the Slim Aarons archive, produced through Electric Gallery's official partnership with Getty Images and approved by the Slim Aarons estate.

Each print is part of an overall edition of 150 - across all sizes - and carries a unique edition number alongside the embossed signature of Slim Aarons. Produced to the highest archival standards, using materials selected for quality and longevity, these prints represent a fundamentally different proposition to the open edition photographs in our collection.

Every purchase is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity confirming edition number, image title, and provenance.

Edition pricing This edition is priced on a tiered structure reflecting remaining availability:

  • Editions 1–75: current price

George 'Slim' Aarons (1916–2006) A decorated WWII combat photographer turned chronicler of the global elite, Slim Aarons spent five decades documenting the world's most privileged lives — poolside in Palm Springs, on the terraces of Italian villas, at private gatherings attended by Hollywood royalty and European aristocracy. His archive, acquired by Getty Images in 1997, remains one of the most distinctive records of twentieth-century glamour ever produced.
